ANNUAL SYSTEM INSPECTION (March)
Your comprehensive inspection includes:
Fixture Maintenance
- Cleaning lenses and housing to remove dirt, debris, and insect nests
- Checking for moisture intrusion, corrosion, or damage
Lamp & Component Check
- Inspecting for burnt-out bulbs or failing LEDs
- Checking socket integrity and electrical connections
- Examining stakes, lenses, and gaskets for damage
System Adjustments
- Realigning and repositioning fixtures for plant growth, landscape changes, or shifting
- Trimming plant overgrowth around fixtures (fees may apply)
- Re-burying exposed wires or correcting wire routes (fees may apply)
Electrical & Transformer Checks
- Inspecting transformers for overheating or wear
- Checking voltage at key points to ensure proper balance
- Testing and tightening connections and terminal blocks
- Verifying timers or photocells for proper operation
- Adjusting smart lighting schedules and app settings as applicable
Timer & Control Adjustments
- Resetting mechanical timers for daylight savings or seasonal changes
- Programming digital/smart controllers to match your preferences
- Replacing backup batteries if needed
PRIORITY SERVICE & REPAIRS
- On-Call Repair Services: Priority scheduling for repair calls within 48 hours
- System Adjustments: We'll realign fixtures affected by plant growth or landscape changes

Auto-Renewal Notice
The Illuminating Advantage membership will auto-renew each year unless canceled 45 days prior to the renewal date. Replacement parts will be billed at the current member discount level.
